The model at a glance
The HP LaserJet Managed E72530 is a professional A3 monochrome laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, public authorities, administrative departments, accountants, warehouses and workgroups that need black-and-white printing, copying and scanning in A4 and A3 formats.
It is primarily intended for printing documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, delivery notes, administrative documents, case files, manuals, forms, office paperwork, technical documents and large volumes of A4/A3 documents. It is not designed for colour graphics or photo printing, as it is monochrome.
Print speed: up to 30 pages per minute in A4 black and white.
Functions: print, copy and scan. Optional fax, depending on the installed configuration.
Duplex: automatic for printing, helping save paper and handle professional documents, contracts, case files and administrative paperwork. It also has an automatic duplex document feeder, useful for copying and scanning multipage documents.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi in reduced-speed mode. Quality is suitable for crisp text, professional documents, tables, barcodes, simple charts, forms and black-and-white technical documents.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A3, Letter, Legal, Ledger, envelopes, custom sizes and media up to approximately 297 x 432 mm. Ideal for A4 and A3 documents, administrative paperwork, case files, manuals, technical drawings and large-format document printing.
Supported paper weights: 60 to 175 g/m² from the multipurpose bypass tray and 60 to 220 g/m² from the main trays. The ADF supports approximately 42 to 220 g/m² in simplex and 60 to 220 g/m² in duplex.
Paper capacity: 1,140 sheets standard, comprising a 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray and two 520-sheet trays. Expandable to approximately 3,140 sheets with optional trays.
ADF: 100-sheet automatic document feeder in the dn version, with single-pass duplex scanning. Flow versions may have a 250-sheet ADF with higher scanning speeds.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet, USB and USB Host. Wi-Fi is optional and available only if a dedicated module or specific configuration is present.
Control panel: 8" colour touchscreen, easy to use for printing, copying, scanning, email, network folders, settings and document functions.
Work volumes: suitable for medium to high volumes. Recommended monthly volume of up to approximately 50,000 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 300,000 pages.
Main consumables: HP W9005MC black toner, with an approximate yield of up to 48,000 pages. HP W9006MC drum, with an approximate life of up to 200,000 pages. HP W9007MC toner collection container, with an approximate life of up to 100,000 pages.
