CAREFULLY PREPARED. ALL THE WAY TO YOU.
Packing and shipping: care in every size
From desktop printers to floor-standing multifunction machines, we adapt the packaging to the size and configuration of each machine. Discover the materials we use and how to arrange delivery.
Compact printers and desktop machines
The following images illustrate how we prepare smaller products, from the base and outer protection to the closed package.

A stable base
We position the machine on a suitably sized pallet with a protective base. Moving parts and accessories are prepared for the journey.

Protection, layer by layer
We protect delicate areas and wrap the machine in film. Protective materials are adapted to the shape and features of each model.

Boxed, strapped, ready
We finish with a cardboard box and cardboard reinforcements. Straps secure the package to the pallet, ready for collection by the carrier.

Large machines, dedicated protection
For these large machines, the printer and wheeled base travel separately, side by side on the same long pallet. Two cardboard packages and strapping complete the preparation.

Printer and base side by side
We separate the printer with its first two paper drawers from the wheeled base and place both upright, side by side, on a longer pallet.

Two protective cartons
We protect the two units with double-wall or triple-wall cardboard cartons and packing paper to fill the internal gaps.

Strapped to the pallet
Straps secure both packages to the pallet. The outer surface is cardboard: the shipment is ready for the carrier.

Double-wall or triple-wall cardboard
We use strong double-wall or triple-wall cardboard to protect the outside of the machine.
Packing paper inside
We fill internal gaps with purpose-made packing paper to limit movement and reduce the risk of breakage during transport.
Secured to the pallet
We finish with a strapping tool: the straps keep the product secured to the pallet during handling.
How delivery works
Standard kerbside delivery
The carrier delivers using a tail lift, at street level, as far as the pallet can be moved within the accessible delivery area. Standard delivery does not include carrying the machine upstairs or placing it in the room where it will be used.
Delivery to your floor on request
Delivery to your floor is available as an additional service to arrange when ordering. Feasibility and cost are assessed according to access and delivery requirements.
Help us plan your delivery
- Provide a contact telephone number and the full delivery address.
- Tell us about stairs, steps, narrow passages or access restrictions for the vehicle and pallet.
- Request delivery to your floor when ordering so that arrangements and cost can be assessed.
When your machine arrives
Check the outside of the packaging and the pallet. If you notice anything unusual, take photographs and contact us with your order reference so we can help assess the situation. Keep the packaging during your initial checks.
