Our work goes beyond selling printers.
Behind every refurbished printer are people who inspect it, prepare it and believe in the value of reuse.
We select printers and multifunction devices from a range of brands for businesses, offices, retailers, professionals and individuals. Our aim is to offer a reliable solution to anyone who wants business-grade performance without necessarily buying new.
Every day we inspect, test, clean and prepare machines, carrying out maintenance or replacing parts where needed. Behind each product are technical checks, stock management, advice and shipping arrangements.
We help you choose according to your needs: print volume, A4 or A3, colour or monochrome, scanning, networking, duplex printing and configuration. We also support you after purchase, offering servicing and repairs for most of the professional models we handle.

What is the difference between used and refurbished?
A used printer is usually resold in its existing condition. A refurbished machine undergoes inspection, testing, cleaning and any necessary work before it is offered for sale again.
Do the printers come with a warranty?
Refurbished products are covered by the warranty stated in the sales terms and on the relevant product pages. Please check the terms that apply to your chosen model.
How are the machines tested?
We check the features available on the model, including printing and scanning where fitted. After cleaning and preparation, we carry out a final check before sale.

Do you ship throughout Italy?

Can I collect my printer from your premises?
Yes, collection can be arranged at our operating premises in Arsago Seprio, in the province of Varese, Italy. Please contact us beforehand to arrange it.
