The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M552dn is a professional A4 color laser printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, reception areas, administrative departments, agencies, and small to medium-sized workgroups that need only fast, reliable color printing in A4 format.
It is suitable for color business documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotes, presentations, charts, tables, product sheets, internal sales materials, simple brochures, lightweight flyers, and documents with logos and images. It can also be used for light graphics and office marketing materials, but is not the first choice for advanced professional graphics, photographs, or print-shop work.
Print speed: up to 33 pages per minute in A4 format, in both color and black and white.
Functions: print only. It does not have copy, scan, or fax functions.
Duplex: automatic duplex printing is built in, helping save paper and handle professional documents, presentations, commercial offers, and files.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, with HP ImageREt 3600 technology. Quality is suitable for crisp text, professional documents, logos, charts, tables, simple images, presentations, and lightweight sales materials.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, B5, Letter, Legal, envelopes, postcards, and custom sizes. A3 is not supported.
Supported paper weights: suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels, lightweight cardstock, compatible glossy paper, and color laser media, depending on the tray or bypass used.
Paper capacity: 650 sheets standard, consisting of a 550-sheet main tray and a 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. Expandable with an optional 550-sheet tray, depending on the installed configuration.
ADF: not present, because the model has no copy or scan functions.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet, USB, and direct printing from USB. Wi-Fi is not built into the M552dn version; it is available only with an optional module or a specific configuration.
