The model at a glance
The Xerox VersaLink B7030 is a professional A3 monochrome laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, public bodies, administrative departments, accountants, warehouses and workgroups that need black-and-white printing, copying and scanning in A4 and A3 formats.
It is primarily suited to document printing, including text, invoices, contracts, administrative files, case files, forms, delivery notes, quotations, technical documents, manuals and everyday document management. It is not designed for colour graphics or photo printing, as it is monochrome.
Print speed: up to 30 pages per minute in A4 black and white.
Functions: print, copy, scan and email. Fax optional, depending on the installed configuration.
Duplex: automatic for printing, helping save paper and manage case files, contracts and professional documents. It has an automatic duplex document feeder, useful for copying and scanning multipage documents.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Quality suited to crisp text, professional documents, tables, barcodes, simple charts, forms and black-and-white technical documents.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A3, Ledger, Legal, Letter and custom sizes. Ideal for black-and-white A4 and A3 documents, case files, administrative files, technical drawings and large-format document printing.
Supported paper weights: suitable for office paper, letterhead, labels, envelopes, lightweight card and heavier media via the bypass tray and paper trays, depending on the machine configuration.
Paper capacity: standard capacity includes a 100-sheet bypass tray and a 520-sheet main tray. It can be expanded with optional trays and additional paper modules, offering much greater capacity for offices with regular print volumes.
ADF: 110-sheet automatic duplex document feeder, useful for scanning, copying and digitising multipage documents.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet, USB, USB Host and network print/scan functions. Wi-Fi is optional and available only when a dedicated module or specific configuration is installed.
Control panel: 7-inch colour touchscreen, simple and modern, useful for managing print, copy, scan, address book, settings, cloud functions and document workflows.
Platform: Xerox ConnectKey technology, useful for smart features, security, mobile printing, Xerox apps and document management in business environments.
Work volumes: suited to small and medium-sized workgroups that need A3 monochrome printing. Recommended monthly volume up to approximately 15,000 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 129,000 images.
Main consumables: Xerox black toner for the VersaLink B7025/B7030/B7035 series, with an approximate yield of up to 15,500 pages. Separate drum with a high approximate service life, varying according to the consumable code and configuration.
