The model at a glance
The Toshiba e-STUDIO 2550C is a professional A3 colour laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, public institutions, reception areas, agencies, administrative departments and small/medium workgroups that need colour printing, copying, scanning and faxing in A4 and A3 formats.
It is primarily suited to colour business documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, charts, tables, simple brochures, lightweight flyers, product sheets, internal sales materials, and documents containing logos and images. It can also be offered for light office graphics, but it is not the ideal choice for advanced professional graphics or intensive production; Xerox, Ricoh or Konica Minolta are generally better suited to graphics-only work.
Print speed: up to 25 pages per minute in A4, in both colour and black and white.
Functions: printing, copying, scanning and faxing. It is therefore a complete multifunction device for everyday document management.
Duplex: integrated automatic duplexing, useful for saving paper and handling professional documents, files, contracts, presentations and administrative paperwork.
Print resolution: 600 x 600 dpi, with modes up to 600 x 1,200 dpi in PostScript. Quality suited to business documents, text, charts, logos, presentations and lightweight sales materials.
Supported formats: A5, A4, A3, Letter, Legal, Ledger, envelopes, custom sizes and media via the bypass tray. Ideal for A4 and A3 documents, administrative paperwork, business presentations and simple sales materials.
Supported paper weights: suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels, lightweight cardstock and compatible media. The bypass tray allows the use of heavier media than the standard trays.
Paper capacity: standard configuration with a 250-sheet tray and 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. Expandable to approximately 2,900 sheets with optional trays and a high-capacity module.
ADF: automatic document feeder optional or included, depending on the installed configuration. It can be configured with a 100-sheet RADF, useful for multipage copying, scanning and faxing.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet network, USB and optional Wi-Fi support via a dedicated module. It also supports mobile printing, depending on the configuration and installed drivers.
Control panel: 9" colour touchscreen, easy to use for printing, copying, scanning, faxing, the address book, settings, document functions and job management.

Main consumables: Toshiba toner for the e-STUDIO 2050C / 2550C series. Indicative yield of up to approximately 32,000 pages for black and approximately 28,000 pages for each colour, depending on coverage and type of use.
