The model at a glance
The Samsung Xpress M2020W is a compact A4 monochrome laser printer, recommended for homes, small offices, professional practices, reception areas, shops and individual workstations that need simple, fast wireless black-and-white printing only.
It is primarily suited to light document printing: text, invoices, estimates, labels, administrative documents, forms, delivery notes, letters, notes and everyday A4 documents. It is not designed for colour graphics, photographs, copying or scanning, as it is a monochrome print-only printer.
Print speed: up to approximately 20 pages per minute in A4 black and white.
Functions: print only. It does not have copy, scan or fax functions.
Duplex: not automatic. Duplex printing can be handled manually via the driver by reinserting the sheets when prompted.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi with ReCP technology. Quality is suitable for sharp text, simple documents, forms, invoices, labels and everyday office printing.
Supported formats: A4, A5, Letter, Legal, envelopes and custom sizes. A3 format is not supported.
Supported paper weights: primarily suitable for standard office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels and simple media for everyday use.
Paper capacity: paper tray holds approximately 150 sheets, suitable for small volumes and personal or small-office use.
ADF: not available, as the model has no copy or scan functions.
Connectivity: USB, built-in Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct and NFC. It can also print from mobile devices using compatible wireless features.
Control panel: simple panel with LEDs and physical buttons, designed for straightforward use without complex functions.
Workload: intended for low volumes. Recommended monthly volume is approximately 100 to 1,500 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 10,000 pages.
Main consumables: Samsung MLT-D111S black toner, with an indicative yield of up to approximately 1,000 pages. Compatible toners with varying yields are also available, depending on the manufacturer.
Recommended use: homes, small offices, shops, reception areas, light-duty administrative workstations and environments needing A4 black-and-white printing, built-in Wi-Fi, a compact size and ease of use.
