Refurbished Samsung ProXpress SL-M4580FX (SOLD WITHOUT DRUM UNIT) is a professional A4 monochrome laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, administrative departments, schools, warehouses, public bodies and workgroups that mainly need to print, copy, scan and fax black-and-white documents.
It is primarily suited to printing documents, text, invoices, contracts, administrative documents, delivery notes, quotations, forms, office paperwork and everyday document management. It is not designed for color graphics or photo printing, as it is monochrome.
Print speed: up to 45 pages per minute in A4 black and white.
Functions: print, copy, scan and fax.
Duplex: automatic for printing. It also features single-pass duplex scanning via the automatic document feeder, useful for quickly capturing multipage documents printed on both sides.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Quality suited to sharp text, professional documents, barcodes, tables, simple charts and business forms.
Supported sizes: mainly A4, A5, A6, B5, envelopes, Oficio and custom sizes. A3 is not supported.
Supported paper weights and media: particularly suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels, lightweight cardstock, recycled paper and standard office media.
Paper capacity: 650 sheets standard, comprising a 550-sheet main tray and a 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. Expandable to approximately 2,300 sheets with optional trays.
ADF: 50-sheet automatic document feeder with single-pass duplex scanning, useful for scanning, copying and faxing multipage documents.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet, USB and USB Host. Wi-Fi and NFC are optional only when the dedicated module is installed.
Control panel: 10.1" color touchscreen with Samsung Smart UX interface, similar to a tablet, easy to use for printing, copying, scanning, faxing, contacts, folders and network functions.
Workload: suitable for medium to high office volumes. Recommended monthly volume of approximately 2,000 to 15,000 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 200,000 pages.
Main consumables: high-yield Samsung MLT-D303E black toner, up to approximately 40,000 pages. Samsung MLT-R303 imaging unit with an estimated life of up to approximately 100,000 pages.
