The model at a glance
The Samsung MultiXpress C9301NA is a professional A3 colour laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, public authorities, reception areas, administrative departments, sales departments and workgroups needing colour A3 printing, copying and scanning.
It is suitable for colour business documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, charts, tables, product sheets, internal sales material, simple brochures, lightweight flyers, booklets and documents with logos and images. Thanks to its true 1,200 x 1,200 dpi resolution and Samsung ReCP technology, it can also be used for light graphics and office marketing material, but it is not the first choice for advanced professional graphics, photography or high-volume print-shop production.
Print speed: up to 30 pages per minute in A4, in both colour and black and white. In A3, it reaches up to approximately 15 pages per minute.
Functions: printing, copying and scanning. Fax is optional, depending on the configuration installed on the machine.
Duplex: integrated automatic duplex printing. It also has a DADF with duplex document handling, useful for digitising contracts, booklets, administrative files, multipage documents and paper archives.
Print resolution: true 1,200 x 1,200 dpi in high quality, with effective modes up to 2,400 x 600 dpi and 9,600 x 600 dpi. Suitable quality for sharp text, professional documents, logos, charts, tables, simple images, presentations and light marketing material.
Supported formats: A3, A4, A5, B5, Letter, Legal, Ledger, Folio, Oficio, Statement and custom formats. The bypass tray supports formats up to approximately 297 x 432 mm. It should not be presented as a professional SRA3 machine.
Supported paper weights: 60 to 220 g/m² from the main trays and 60 to 175 g/m² from the multipurpose bypass tray. Suitable for office paper, letterhead, recycled paper, labels, lightweight card, thick paper and media compatible with colour laser printing.
Paper capacity: 1,140 sheets standard, consisting of two 520-sheet trays and a 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. It can be expanded to approximately 2,180 sheets with optional trays, useful for offices with regular print volumes.
ADF: 100-sheet automatic DADF, suitable for multipage copying and scanning, including duplex originals. Scan speed up to approximately 45 images per minute at 300 dpi.
Connectivity: USB 2.0, USB Host and Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000. Wi-Fi is not listed as standard; for wireless use, check the specific configuration or use compatible external networking solutions.
Control panel: 7-inch colour LCD touchscreen, convenient for copying, scanning, job management, address book, network settings, document workflows, user shortcuts and the machine’s main functions.
Technology and platform: Samsung colour laser technology with polymerised toner and ReCP, designed to improve text sharpness, chart edges, colour quality and business-document output. Supports the Samsung XOA platform for integration with document solutions and user management.
Memory and storage: 1 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB DDR3 memory and 320 GB hard drive, useful for print queues, scans, confidential jobs, user management and structured office environments.
Work volumes: suited to offices with medium to medium-high volumes of A3 and A4 documents. The recommended volume for the C9301NA model is up to approximately 7,500 pages per month, with an indicative maximum monthly duty cycle of approximately 85,000 to 100,000 pages, depending on the reference specification sheet.
Main consumables: Samsung CLT-K809S black toner with an approximate yield of up to 20,000 pages; CLT-C809S cyan, CLT-M809S magenta and CLT-Y809S yellow toner, each with an approximate yield of up to 15,000 pages. CLT-R809 OPC drum kit, up to approximately 50,000 pages, and CLT-W809 waste toner container.
