The model at a glance
The Lexmark XC9245 is a high-end professional A3/SRA3 colour laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, larger offices, marketing departments, professional practices, public authorities, schools, agencies, technical offices, light-duty copy shops and workgroups requiring colour printing, copying, scanning and faxing in A4, A3 and SRA3 formats.
It is suitable for both document and graphic and commercial printing. It can be used for text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, brochures, catalogues, flyers, marketing materials, charts, tables, product sheets, business documents with images and more polished colour work than a standard document multifunction printer.
Print speed: up to 45 pages per minute in both colour and black and white.
Functions: printing, copying, colour scanning, network scanning and faxing.
Duplex: automatic duplex printing is integrated. It also has a single-pass duplex automatic document feeder, useful for quickly copying and scanning double-sided documents in a single pass.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, with 2,400 Image Quality in both black and white and colour. Quality is suitable for professional documents, presentations, catalogues, logos, corporate graphics, images, commercial materials and high-quality colour printing.
Supported formats: A6, A5, A4, A3, SRA3, Super Tabloid 12 x 18", Letter, Legal, envelopes, custom sizes and banners. It is suitable for users who need to print both standard documents and large-format graphic or commercial materials.
Supported paper weights and media: plain paper, recycled paper, labels, envelopes, cardstock, glossy paper, transparencies and banners. It is therefore more versatile than a standard office multifunction printer and can also be used for marketing materials and more polished colour work.
Paper capacity: 1,150 sheets standard, comprising 2 x 500-sheet trays and a 150-sheet multipurpose feeder. Expandable to approximately 6,650 sheets with optional trays.
ADF: 100-sheet automatic document feeder with single-pass duplex scanning. Scan speed up to approximately 80 sides per minute in simplex and up to 160 sides per minute in duplex, in both black and white and colour.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet, USB, front and rear USB Host ports. Wi-Fi and NFC are optional, only if a dedicated module or specific configuration is present.
