The Lexmark XC9235 is a high-end professional A3 colour laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, established offices, marketing departments, professional practices, schools, public institutions, agencies, technical offices, small copy shops and workgroups that need colour printing, copying, scanning and faxing in A4, A3 and SRA3 formats.
It is suitable for both document printing and graphic and commercial printing. It can be used for text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, brochures, catalogues, flyers, marketing materials, charts, tables, product sheets, business documents with images and more polished colour jobs than those produced by a standard document-focused multifunction printer.
Print speed: up to 35 pages per minute in both colour and black and white.
Functions: printing, copying, colour scanning, network scanning and faxing.
Duplex: automatic duplex printing is integrated. It also has a single-pass duplex automatic document feeder, useful for quickly copying and scanning two-sided documents in a single pass.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, with 2,400 Image Quality in both black and white and colour. Quality is suitable for professional documents, presentations, catalogues, logos, corporate graphics, images, commercial materials and high-quality colour prints.
Supported formats: A6, A5, A4, A3, SRA3, Super Tabloid 12 x 18", Letter, Legal, envelopes, custom sizes and banners. It is suitable for users who need to print both standard documents and large-format graphic or commercial materials.
Supported paper types and weights: supports plain paper, recycled paper, labels, envelopes, cardstock, glossy paper and banners. It is therefore more versatile than a standard office multifunction printer and can also be used for marketing materials and more polished colour jobs.
Paper capacity: 1,150 sheets standard, comprising two 500-sheet trays and a 150-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. Expandable to approximately 6,650 sheets with optional trays.
ADF: 100-sheet automatic document feeder with single-pass duplex scanning. Scan speeds of up to approximately 80 images per minute in simplex and up to 160 images per minute in duplex, in both black and white and colour.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet, USB, front and rear USB Host ports. Wi-Fi and NFC are optional only if a dedicated module or specific configuration is present.
Operating panel: 10" Lexmark e-Task colour touchscreen, convenient for managing printing, copying, scanning, faxing, the address book, saved jobs, network settings, applications and document workflows.
Memory and performance: 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 2 GB standard memory expandable to 4 GB, and a hard drive included in the configuration, useful for complex jobs, print queues, scanning and advanced functions.
Optional finishing: may support finishers with stapling, hole punching, booklet folding, saddle stitching and collating, depending on the installed configuration.
Work volumes: suitable for large workgroups and environments with medium-to-high volumes. Recommended monthly volume of approximately 4,000 to 20,000 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 200,000 pages.
Main consumables: Lexmark black and colour toner cartridges, each with an estimated yield of up to approximately 30,000 pages. Black photoconductor with an estimated life of up to approximately 100,000 pages; colour photoconductors up to approximately 90,000 pages. Developer units and fusers with an estimated life of up to approximately 600,000 pages.
