The model at a glance
The Lexmark MB2338adw is a monochrome A4 laser multifunction printer, recommended for small offices, professional practices, reception areas, shops, warehouses, administrative workstations and workgroups that need black-and-white printing, copying, scanning and faxing.
It is a model primarily suited to printing documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotes, delivery notes, administrative documents, forms, office paperwork, reports and everyday scans. It is not designed for color graphics or photo printing, as it is monochrome.
Print speed: up to 36 pages per minute in A4 black and white, and up to 38 pages per minute in Letter format.
Functions: printing, copying, color scanning and faxing. Printing is monochrome, while the scanner can also capture documents in color.
Duplex: built-in automatic duplex printing, useful for saving paper and handling professional documents, contracts and administrative paperwork. The ADF is basic and is not designed for advanced automatic duplex scanning.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, with 2,400 Image Quality, 1,200 Image Quality and 600 x 600 dpi modes. Quality is suitable for sharp text, professional documents, tables, barcodes, simple charts and business forms.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, Letter, Legal, Oficio, Folio, Executive, Statement, envelopes and custom formats. A3 format is not supported.
Supported paper weights: 60 to 120 g/m² from the standard tray. Especially suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels and basic media for everyday work.
Paper capacity: 250-sheet main paper tray, single-sheet manual feed/bypass and 150-sheet paper output. Capacity can be expanded with optional 250- or 550-sheet trays, depending on the configuration.
ADF: 50-sheet automatic document feeder, useful for multipage copying, scanning and faxing.
Connectivity: USB, Ethernet network and built-in Wi-Fi. It also supports wireless connections and mobile printing, useful for offices that do not want to rely solely on a network cable.
Control panel: simple, practical display and controls for managing copying, scanning, faxing, network settings, Wi-Fi and the machine’s main functions.
Workload: suitable for small offices and low-to-medium or medium volumes. Recommended monthly volume of approximately 500 to 6,000 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 50,000 pages.
Main consumables: Lexmark B232000 black toner with an estimated yield of up to approximately 3,000 pages. Lexmark 56F0Z00 imaging unit with an estimated life of up to approximately 60,000 pages.
