The model at a glance
The Kyocera TASKalfa 6003i is a professional A3 monochrome laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, public authorities, schools, administrative departments, accountants, technical offices, warehouses and workgroups that need high-volume printing, copying and scanning.
It is primarily suited to monochrome document printing, including text, invoices, contracts, administrative paperwork, delivery notes, quotations, files, manuals, forms, technical documents and large volumes of everyday work. It is not designed for colour graphics or photo printing, as it is monochrome.
Print speed: up to 60 pages per minute in A4 monochrome. In A3 format, it prints up to approximately 30 pages per minute.
Functions: printing, copying and scanning. Optional fax, depending on the installed configuration.
Duplex: automatic for printing and copying, helping save paper and manage files, contracts, administrative documents and professional paperwork. Depending on the configuration, it may also support high-speed duplex scanning.
Print resolution: 600 x 600 dpi, with equivalent quality up to 4,800 x 1,200 dpi. Suitable for sharp text, professional documents, tables, barcodes, simple charts, forms and monochrome technical printing.
Supported sizes: A6R, A5, A4, A3, SRA3, custom sizes and banners via the bypass tray up to approximately 1,220 mm long. Ideal for monochrome A4 and A3 documents, files, technical drawings, administrative paperwork and large-format document printing.
Supported paper weights: 52 to 300 g/m² from the trays and the multipurpose bypass tray. Suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels, card stock, thick media and more demanding document jobs.
Paper capacity: 1,150 sheets standard, comprising 2 x 500-sheet trays and a 150-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. Expandable to approximately 7,150 sheets with optional trays.
ADF: an automatic document feeder is available depending on the configuration, making it useful for multi-page copying and scanning. With a dual-scan feeder, it can achieve very high scanning speeds, suitable for document archiving and digitising large volumes of paperwork.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet network, USB, USB Host and network printing/scanning functions. Wi-Fi is optional only when a dedicated module or specific configuration is present.
Operation panel: 10.1" colour touchscreen, simple and intuitive for managing printing, copying, scanning, the address book, network settings, document functions and workflows.
Platform: supports Kyocera HyPAS, useful for applications, user authentication, document workflows and advanced functions in business environments.
Work volumes: suited to high volumes and environments with heavy document production. It is a robust machine for established offices, businesses and departments that print many monochrome pages every month.
Main consumables: Kyocera TK-6325 / TK-6327 / TK-6329 series black toner, depending on the market and version, with an indicative yield of up to approximately 35,000 pages.
