The Kyocera TASKalfa 3554ci is a professional A3 colour laser multifunction printer, recommended primarily for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, public bodies, administrative departments, technical offices, land surveyors, architects and workgroups that need to print, copy and scan A4 and A3 colour documents.
This model is intended mainly for business and document printing: text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, tables, charts, administrative documents, files, technical drawings, forms and internal sales materials. It can produce colour prints in good quality, but it should not be presented as the first choice for professional graphics, photographs or advanced copy-shop work. For pure graphics, it is better to direct customers to Xerox, Ricoh or Konica Minolta.
Print speed: up to 35 pages per minute in A4, both in colour and black and white.
Functions: printing, copying and scanning. Optional fax, depending on the installed configuration.
Duplex: automatic for printing and copying, useful for saving paper and handling professional documents, contracts, files and administrative paperwork.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, with equivalent quality up to 4,800 x 1,200 dpi. Quality suitable for professional documents, crisp text, tables, charts, logos, presentations, technical drawings and office A3 colour prints.
Supported formats: A6R, A5, A4, A3, SRA3, custom sizes and banners via the bypass tray. Ideal for A4 and A3 documents, presentations, technical paperwork, internal sales materials and business colour printing.
Supported paper weights: 52 to 300 g/m² from the cassettes and the multipurpose bypass tray. In duplex, it supports paper from approximately 60 to 256 g/m².
Paper capacity: 1,150 sheets standard, comprising 2 x 500-sheet cassettes and a 150-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. Expandable to approximately 7,150 sheets with optional cassettes.
ADF: automatic document feeder available depending on configuration, useful for multipage copying and scanning. With the optional dual-scan feeder, speeds can reach approximately 100 images per minute in simplex and 200 images per minute in duplex.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet network, USB, USB Host and NFC. Wi-Fi is optional only when a dedicated module or specific configuration is present.
Operation panel: 10.1" colour touchscreen, easy to use for printing, copying, scanning, the address book, network settings and document functions.
Platform: supports Kyocera HyPAS, useful for applications, user authentication, advanced scanning, document workflows and management in business environments.
Work volumes: suitable for medium to medium-high volumes. It is a robust machine for offices, businesses and departments that regularly print A4 and A3 colour documents.
Main consumables: Kyocera TK-8375 or TK-8377 toner, depending on market and version. Black yields approximately 30,000 pages; cyan, magenta and yellow each yield approximately 20,000 pages. WT-8500 waste toner bottle yields approximately 40,000 pages.
