The Kyocera ECOSYS P3045dn is a professional A4 monochrome laser printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, warehouses, reception areas, administrative departments and small workgroups that need fast, reliable black-and-white printing only.
It is primarily suited to printing documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotes, delivery notes, administrative documents, forms, labels, office paperwork and large quantities of A4 documents. It is not designed for colour graphics, photographs, copying or scanning, as it is a monochrome print-only printer.
Print speed: up to 45 pages per minute in A4 black and white.
Functions: print only. It does not have copy, scan or fax functions.
Duplex: automatic for printing, useful for saving paper and managing professional documents, contracts, files and administrative paperwork.
Print resolution: 600 x 600 dpi, Fast 1200 and Fine 1200. Quality suited to sharp text, professional documents, tables, barcodes, simple charts and business forms.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, B5, Letter, Legal, envelopes and custom sizes. It does not support A3.
Supported paper weights: particularly suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels and basic media for everyday work.
Paper capacity: 600 sheets standard, consisting of a 500-sheet main cassette and a 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. Expandable with optional cassettes for offices that print more frequently.
ADF: not present, as the model has no copy or scan functions.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet network and USB. Wi-Fi is not standard; available only with an optional module or specific configuration.
Operating panel: 5-line LCD display with numeric keypad, convenient for settings, network management, secure printing and the machine’s main functions.
