The model at a glance
The Kyocera ECOSYS P2035d is a monochrome A4 laser printer, recommended for small offices, professional practices, reception areas, shops, warehouses, administrative workstations and users who need only simple, fast and reliable black-and-white printing.
It is a model primarily suited to printing documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, delivery notes, administrative documents, forms, office paperwork, labels and everyday A4 documents. It is not designed for colour graphics, photographs, copying or scanning, as it is a monochrome, print-only printer.
Print speed: up to 35 pages per minute in A4 black and white.
Functions: print only. It does not have copying, scanning or fax capabilities.
Duplex: automatic duplex printing is built in, useful for saving paper and handling professional documents, contracts, files and administrative paperwork.
Print resolution: Fast 1200 dpi. Quality suited to sharp text, professional documents, tables, barcodes, simple charts and business forms.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, B5, Letter, Legal, envelopes and custom formats. A3 format is not supported.
Supported paper weights: particularly suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels and simple media for everyday work.
Paper capacity: standard configuration with a main cassette and multifunction bypass. It is a compact printer designed for individual workstations or small workgroups with modest volumes.
ADF: not present, because the model does not have copying or scanning functions.
Connectivity: USB standard. The P2035d version does not have built-in Ethernet networking; for a wired network, the P2035dn version or a configuration with an optional network card, if installed, is preferable. Wi-Fi is not standard.
Operation panel: simple display with physical buttons, convenient for basic settings, machine status and the printer's main functions.
Work volumes: suitable for small offices and low-to-medium volumes. Indicative maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 20,000 pages, but recommended for non-intensive everyday document workloads.
Main consumable: Kyocera TK-160 black toner, with an indicative yield of up to approximately 2,500 pages. ECOSYS technology with long-life components, designed to reduce running costs and maintenance compared with basic printers.
