The model at a glance
The Konica Minolta bizhub C3350i is a professional A4 colour laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, agencies, reception areas, administrative departments and workgroups that need A4 colour printing, copying and scanning.
It is suited to colour office documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, simple brochures, charts, tables, lightweight flyers, internal sales material and business documents with logos and images. As a Konica Minolta model, it may also be recommended for more refined colour quality than many standard document multifunction printers, but it remains an A4 office machine, not an A3 solution for professional graphics or advanced copy-shop work.
Print speed: up to 33 pages per minute in A4, in both colour and black and white.
Functions: printing, copying and scanning. Fax is optional, depending on the installed configuration.
Duplex: automatic for printing. It supports duplex document handling and helps reduce paper consumption in everyday office tasks.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Quality is suitable for sharp text, professional documents, charts, logos, simple images, presentations and lightweight sales material.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, B5, B6, envelopes, postcards and custom sizes. A3 is not supported.
Supported paper weights: 60 to 210 g/m² from both the main tray and the multipurpose bypass tray. It is therefore suitable for office paper, letterhead, labels, envelopes, lightweight card and heavier media than a standard compact multifunction printer can handle.
Paper capacity: 600 sheets standard, comprising a 500-sheet main tray and a 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. Approximate output capacity: 250 sheets.
ADF: automatic document feeder for multipage copying and scanning. Scans in colour and black and white, at an indicative speed of up to 45 pages per minute in A4.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet and USB. Wi-Fi is optional and available only if a dedicated module or specific configuration is present.
Control panel: large 10.1" colour touchscreen, similar to a tablet, convenient for managing copying, scanning, settings, the address book, network functions and document workflows.
Memory and storage: 5 GB of memory and a 256 GB internal storage drive, useful for advanced functions, document management and print jobs.
Work volumes: suitable for small and medium-sized workgroups looking for a compact, fast, modern A4 colour multifunction printer with good print quality.
Main consumables: Konica Minolta TNP-79 toner. Black TNP-79K has an indicative yield of up to approximately 13,000 pages; colour toners TNP-79C, TNP-79M and TNP-79Y have an indicative yield of up to approximately 9,000 pages each.
