The model at a glance
The Konica Minolta bizhub C300i is a professional A3 color laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional firms, schools, public bodies, agencies, marketing departments, technical offices, surveyors, architects and workgroups that need to print, copy and scan in color in A4 and A3 formats.
It is suited both to office documents and to more polished color prints: text, invoices, contracts, quotes, presentations, simple brochures, lightweight catalogs, charts, tables, flyers, internal sales materials, and business documents with logos and images. As a Konica Minolta, it can also be recommended when the customer wants more refined color quality than a machine designed purely for documents can provide.
Print speed: up to 30 pages per minute in A4, both in color and black and white. In A3 format, it prints up to approximately 15 pages per minute.
Functions: printing, copying and scanning. Optional fax, depending on the installed configuration.
Duplex: automatic for printing and copying, useful for saving paper and handling professional documents, contracts, files, presentations and administrative paperwork.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, or equivalent 1,800 dpi x 600 dpi. Quality suitable for crisp text, professional documents, images, logos, charts, presentations, light marketing materials and good-quality A3 color prints.
Supported formats: A6, A5, A4, A3, SRA3, custom sizes, envelopes, postcards and banners via the bypass tray. Ideal for A4 and A3 documents, business presentations, sales materials, product sheets, technical drawings and office color jobs.
Supported paper weights: 52 to 256 g/m² from the trays and up to approximately 300 g/m² from the multipurpose bypass tray. It is therefore suitable for office paper, letterhead, labels, envelopes, cardstock, heavier media and lightweight sales materials.
Paper capacity: 1,150 sheets standard, comprising 2 500-sheet trays and a 150-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. Expandable with optional trays for environments with higher print volumes.
ADF: automatic document feeder available depending on the configuration, useful for multipage copying and scanning. With the dual-scan feeder, it can handle high-speed duplex scanning.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet network and USB. Wi-Fi is optional only if a dedicated module or specific configuration is present.
Control panel: large 10.1" color touchscreen, simple and modern, convenient for managing printing, copying, scanning, the address book, network settings, document functions and workflows.
Memory and storage: 8 GB of memory and a 256 GB internal storage drive, useful for complex jobs, print queues, scans and advanced functions.
Work volumes: suitable for medium and medium-high volumes. This machine is suited to businesses, offices and departments that regularly print A4 and A3 color documents and want good color quality.
Main consumables: Konica Minolta TN-328 toner. Black, cyan, magenta and yellow, each with an estimated yield of up to approximately 28,000 pages, depending on coverage and type of use.
