The Konica Minolta bizhub C258 is a professional A3 colour multifunction printer recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, public authorities, reception areas, administrative departments, sales departments, agencies and workgroups that need to print, copy and scan in colour in A3 format.
It is suited to colour business documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, charts, tables, product sheets, internal sales materials, simple brochures, lightweight flyers, booklets and documents with logos and images. Compared with models focused more exclusively on documents, such as many Kyocera models, it can also be a better choice for light graphics, presentations and office marketing materials, but it is not an advanced professional graphics production or high-volume copy-shop machine.
Print speed: up to 25 pages per minute in A4 format, in both colour and black and white. In A3 format, it reaches up to approximately 15 pages per minute.
Functions: printing, copying and scanning. Fax is optional, depending on the configuration installed on the machine.

The drum, developer, transfer belt, fuser and waste toner container are separate maintenance components, depending on the configuration and machine counter.
