The Konica Minolta bizhub C227 is a professional A3 colour multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, public authorities, reception areas, administrative departments, sales departments, agencies and workgroups that need colour printing, copying and scanning in A3 format.
It is suited to business colour documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, charts, tables, product sheets, internal sales material, simple brochures, lightweight flyers, booklets and documents with logos and images. Compared with models more focused solely on documents, such as many Kyocera models, it can also be a better choice for light graphics, presentations and office marketing material, but it is not an advanced professional graphics production or high-volume copy-shop machine.
Print speed: up to 22 pages per minute in A4 format, both in colour and black and white. In A3 format, it reaches up to approximately 14 pages per minute.
Functions: printing, copying and scanning. Fax is optional, depending on the configuration installed on the machine.
Duplex: integrated automatic duplex for printing and copying, useful for saving paper and handling booklets, contracts, administrative paperwork, sales offers and business documents.

Main consumables: Konica Minolta TN-221K black, TN-221C cyan, TN-221M magenta and TN-221Y yellow toner. Typical approximate yields: 24,000 pages for black and approximately 21,000 pages for each colour. The drum, developer, transfer belt, fuser and waste toner box are separate maintenance components, depending on the configuration and machine counter.
