The HP PageWide Managed Color MFP P57750dw is a professional A4 colour multifunction printer with HP PageWide technology, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, reception areas, shops, administrative departments and workgroups that need to print, copy, scan and fax in A4 colour.
This model is suitable for business colour documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, charts, tables, product sheets, internal sales materials, simple brochures, lightweight flyers and documents with logos and images. Thanks to its high resolution and PageWide technology, it can also be used for light graphics and office marketing materials, but it is not the first choice for advanced professional graphics, photographs or print-shop work.
Print speed: up to 50 pages per minute in A4, in both colour and black and white, in ISO/Professional mode. In General Office mode, it can reach approximately 75 pages per minute. Duplex printing delivers up to approximately 25 images per minute.
Functions: print, copy, scan and fax. It is therefore a complete multifunction device for everyday document management.
Duplex: automatic for printing. It also supports duplex copying and scanning via the automatic document feeder, useful for digitising files, contracts and multipage documents.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi optimised in black and white and up to 2,400 x 1,200 dpi optimised in colour on compatible media. Quality is suitable for crisp text, professional documents, charts, logos, simple images, presentations and lightweight sales materials.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, B5, B6, envelopes, 10 x 15 cm and custom sizes up to approximately 216 x 356 mm. A3 is not supported.
Supported paper weights: 60 to 120 g/m² for plain paper, up to 250/300 g/m² on compatible photo or specialty media, depending on the tray used. Suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels, card stock, compatible photo paper, matte or glossy brochures and specialty inkjet/PageWide media.
Paper capacity: 550 sheets standard, comprising a 500-sheet main tray and a 50-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. It can be expanded with optional trays to increase paper capacity in offices with regular print volumes.
ADF: 50-sheet automatic document feeder, useful for multipage copying, scanning and faxing. Supports automatic duplex scanning.
Connectivity: USB, Ethernet network, built-in Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct and NFC. It also supports mobile printing via HP ePrint, Apple AirPrint, Mopria, the HP app and compatible services.
Control panel: 4.3" colour touchscreen, easy to use for printing, copying, scanning, faxing, email, network folders, USB, Wi-Fi and the machine’s main settings.
Technology: HP PageWide, based on a fixed, full-page-width printhead. It offers very high speeds, low power consumption and competitive operating costs compared with many traditional colour printers.
Work volumes: suitable for small and medium workgroups with regular print volumes. Recommended monthly volume is approximately 1,000 to 6,000 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 80,000 pages.
Main consumables: high-yield HP PageWide Managed cartridges. Extra-high-yield black cartridge with an indicative yield of up to approximately 21,000 pages; extra-high-yield cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges with an indicative yield of up to approximately 16,000 pages each, depending on the consumable code used.
