The P4014n prints up to 43 pages per minute on A4 and uses the CC364A cartridge; the P4015n prints up to 50 pages per minute on A4 and also supports the 24,000-page high-capacity CC364X cartridge

No, not in the standard P4014n or P4015n configuration. The feature is available via an optional automatic duplexer

The 10,000-page HP 64A CC364A cartridge is compatible with both models. The 24,000-page HP 64X CC364X is compatible with the P4015n, but not with the P4014n
