The model at a glance
The HP LaserJet Managed E52645 is a professional A4 monochrome laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, administrative departments, schools, warehouses, public bodies and workgroups that primarily need to print, copy and scan black-and-white documents.
It is primarily intended for document printing, including text, invoices, contracts, administrative documents, delivery notes, quotations, forms, office paperwork and everyday document management. It is not designed for colour graphics or photo printing, as it is monochrome.
Print speed: up to 43 pages per minute in A4 in standard mode, with the option to reach approximately 50 pages per minute in HP High Speed mode.
Functions: printing, copying and scanning. Fax is optional, depending on the installed configuration.
Duplex: automatic for printing. It also supports duplex scanning through the automatic document feeder, useful for quickly digitising multipage documents.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Quality suitable for sharp text, professional documents, tables, barcodes, simple charts and business forms.
Supported formats: mainly A4, A5, A6, B5, B6, envelopes, postcards, Legal and custom sizes up to approximately 216 x 356 mm. It does not support A3.
Supported paper weights: approximately 60 to 199 g/m² from the multipurpose bypass tray and 60 to 120 g/m² from the paper trays. Suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels, lightweight cardstock and plain media.
Paper capacity: 650 sheets standard, comprising a 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray and a 550-sheet main tray. Expandable to approximately 2,300 sheets with optional trays.
ADF: 100-sheet automatic document feeder, useful for scanning, copying and archiving multipage documents.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet, USB and USB Host ports. Wi-Fi is optional and available only if the dedicated module is present.
Control panel: 8-inch colour touchscreen, adjustable and easy to use for printing, copying, scanning, settings and network functions.
Work volumes: suitable for medium to medium-high office volumes. Recommended monthly volume of approximately 4,000 to 15,000 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 150,000 pages.
Main consumables: high-yield HP Managed black toner, with a capacity that can reach approximately 23,000 pages, depending on the consumable part number used and the machine configuration.
