The HP Color LaserJet Managed E87640dn is a professional A3 colour laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, larger offices, professional practices, schools, public authorities, administrative departments, technical offices, agencies and workgroups that need to print, copy and scan in colour on A4 and A3 paper.
This model is suited to colour business documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, charts, tables, administrative documents, files, internal sales materials, simple brochures, product sheets and A3 colour prints. It can also be used for light graphics and office marketing materials, but is not the first choice for advanced professional graphics or photographic work; Xerox, Ricoh or Konica Minolta models are generally better suited to graphics-focused work.
Print speed: up to 40 pages per minute in A4, in both colour and black and white. Speed is lower in A3, making it suitable for professional document use.
Functions: print, copy and scan. Fax is optional, depending on the installed configuration.
Duplex: automatic for printing, helping to save paper and manage professional documents, files, contracts and administrative paperwork. It also has an automatic duplex document feeder for copying and scanning multi-page documents.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Quality is suitable for sharp text, professional documents, logos, charts, tables, presentations, simple images and light sales materials.
