HP Color LaserJet Managed E78330 is a professional A3 colour laser multifunction printer, recommended for businesses, established offices, professional practices, schools, public bodies, administrative departments, technical offices, agencies and workgroups that need to print, copy and scan in colour in A4 and A3 formats.
It is suited to colour business documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, charts, tables, administrative documents, files, internal sales material, simple brochures, product sheets and A3 colour prints. It can also be offered for light graphics and office marketing material, but it is not the first choice for advanced professional graphics or photographic work; Xerox, Ricoh or Konica Minolta are generally better suited to pure graphics.
Print speed: up to 30 pages per minute in A4, in both colour and black and white.
Functions: print, copy and scan. Fax is optional, depending on the installed configuration.
Duplex: automatic for printing, useful for saving paper and handling professional documents, files, contracts and administrative paperwork. It also has an automatic duplex document feeder for multipage copying and scanning.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi at reduced speed, in both black and white and colour. Quality is suitable for sharp text, professional documents, logos, charts, tables, presentations, simple images and light sales material.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, A3, Ledger, Legal, Letter, Oficio, envelopes, custom sizes and media via the bypass tray. Ideal for A4 and A3 documents, business presentations, administrative paperwork, product sheets and internal sales material.
Supported paper weights: approximately up to 220 g/m², with support for plain paper, recycled paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels, card, compatible matte paper and compatible glossy paper.
Paper capacity: 1,140 sheets standard, comprising a 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray and two 520-sheet trays. Expandable to approximately 3,140 sheets with optional trays.
ADF: 100-sheet automatic document feeder in the dn version, useful for multipage copying and scanning. Flow versions may have a 250-sheet ADF with advanced scanning and OCR functions.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet network, USB and USB Host ports. Wi-Fi is optional only if a dedicated module or specific configuration is present.
Control panel: 8" colour touchscreen, easy to use for printing, copying, scanning, email, network folders, USB, settings and document functions.
Memory and storage: ample internal memory, a 1.2 GHz processor and an integrated HP Secure Hard Disk, useful for security, stored jobs, print queues, scanning and business document management.
Work volumes: suitable for medium and medium-high volumes. Recommended monthly volume up to approximately 30,000 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 300,000 pages.
Main consumables: HP Managed black toner W9210MC with an approximate yield of up to 29,000 pages; cyan W9211MC, yellow W9212MC and magenta W9213MC toner, each with an approximate yield of up to 28,000 pages. Separate drums, developers, transfer kit and toner collection container are also present, depending on the configuration.
