The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-5620DWF is a professional A4 colour multifunction printer featuring Epson PrecisionCore inkjet technology. It is recommended for offices, professional practices, reception areas, shops, schools, administrative departments and small workgroups that need to print, copy, scan and fax in A4 colour.
It is suited to colour business documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotes, presentations, charts, tables, product sheets, internal sales materials, simple brochures, lightweight flyers and documents with logos and images. Thanks to its high resolution, it can also be used for light graphics and office marketing materials, but it is not the ideal choice for advanced professional graphics, high-quality photographs or print-shop jobs.
Print speed: up to 20 pages per minute in A4, both colour and black and white, according to ISO standards. In fast mode, it can reach approximately up to 34 pages per minute in black and white and 30 pages per minute in colour.
Functions: print, copy, scan and fax. It is therefore a fully featured multifunction printer for everyday document management.
Duplex: automatic for printing. It also supports duplex functions for copying, scanning and faxing, useful for handling multipage documents, contracts and administrative paperwork.
Print resolution: up to 4.800 x 1.200 dpi. Quality suited to sharp text, professional documents, charts, logos, simple images, presentations, lightweight brochures and office sales materials.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, B5, Letter, Legal, envelopes, 10 x 15 cm, 13 x 18 cm, 20 x 25 cm and custom formats. It does not support A3.
Supported paper weights: 64 to 256 g/m². Suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels, lightweight card, compatible photo paper and professional inkjet media.
Paper capacity: 330 sheets standard, comprising a 250-sheet main tray and an 80-sheet rear/multipurpose feed. Output tray holds approximately 150 sheets.
ADF: 35-sheet automatic document feeder, useful for multipage copying, scanning and faxing.
Connectivity: USB, Ethernet network, built-in Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct and USB Host. It also supports mobile printing through Epson services and compatible devices.

Main consumables: Epson DURABrite Ultra black, cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges. Yields vary depending on the cartridge code used, with standard- and high-capacity versions available depending on the market.
