The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820DWF is an A4 colour multifunction printer featuring Epson PrecisionCore business inkjet technology. It is recommended for small offices, professional practices, reception areas, shops, schools, administrative workstations and workgroups that need to print, copy, scan and fax in colour on A4 paper.
This model is primarily suited to colour business documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, charts, tables, product sheets, internal sales materials, simple brochures, lightweight flyers and documents containing logos and images. Its high resolution also makes it suitable for light graphics and office marketing materials, but it is not the ideal choice for advanced professional graphics, high-quality photographs or print-shop jobs.
Print speed: up to 21 pages per minute in A4 black and white and up to 10 pages per minute in colour according to ISO standards. In duplex mode, it prints up to approximately 12 pages per minute in black and white and 7 pages per minute in colour.
Functions: print, copy, scan and fax. It is therefore a fully featured multifunction printer for everyday document management.
Duplex: automatic for printing, useful for saving paper and handling professional documents, contracts, presentations and administrative paperwork. Scanning and faxing via the ADF are single-sided.
Print resolution: up to 4,800 x 2,400 dpi. Quality is suitable for sharp text, professional documents, charts, logos, simple images, presentations, lightweight brochures and office sales materials.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, B5, Letter, Legal, envelopes and custom sizes. A3 format is not supported.
Supported paper weights: approximately 64 to 256 g/m². It is therefore suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels, lightweight cardstock, compatible photo paper and professional inkjet media.
Paper capacity: 250-sheet main tray, suitable for small offices and regular document volumes. Output tray capacity is approximately 80 sheets.
ADF: 35-sheet automatic document feeder, useful for straightforward multipage copying, scanning and faxing.
Connectivity: USB, Ethernet, built-in Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct. It also supports printing and scanning from smartphones or tablets using the Epson iPrint app and compatible services.
Control panel: colour touchscreen, easy to use for printing, copying, scanning, faxing, Wi-Fi, contacts, settings and the machine’s main functions.

Main consumables: Epson 405 / 405XL DURABrite Ultra black, cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges. The cartridges are separate, so only the depleted colour needs to be replaced.
