The Brother MFC-9340CDW is an A4 colour LED multifunction printer, recommended for small offices, professional practices, reception areas, shops, administrative departments, schools and workgroups that need colour A4 printing, copying, scanning and faxing.
It is primarily intended for colour office documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, presentations, charts, tables, simple flyers, light commercial material and business documents with logos and images. It can handle light graphics and colour office printing, but is not the ideal choice for professional graphics, photographs or advanced copy-shop work.
Print speed: up to 22 pages per minute in A4, in both colour and black and white.
Functions: print, copy, scan and fax. Printing is in colour, while scanning and copying can be performed in both black and white and colour.
Duplex: automatic for printing, copying, scanning and faxing. This is an important feature because it lets you handle two-sided documents without having to turn the sheets over manually.
Print resolution: up to 600 x 2,400 dpi. Quality suited to sharp text, professional documents, simple charts, logos, tables, presentations and light commercial material.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, B5, Letter, Legal, Folio, Executive, envelopes and custom sizes. A3 format is not supported.
Supported paper weights: 60 to 105 g/m² from the main tray and 60 to 163 g/m² from the manual feed. Suitable for office paper, letterhead, envelopes, labels, heavier paper and compatible basic media.
Paper capacity: 250-sheet main tray, single-sheet manual feed and output capacity of approximately 100 sheets. Designed for small offices and moderate print volumes.
ADF: 35-sheet automatic document feeder, useful for multipage copies, scans and faxes. It also supports automatic duplex document handling.
Connectivity: USB, Ethernet network, built-in Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct. Also supports printing from mobile devices via the Brother iPrint&Scan app, AirPrint and compatible services.

Main consumables: Brother TN-241 black toner with an approximate yield of up to 2,500 pages; TN-241C, TN-241M and TN-241Y colour toners with an approximate yield of up to 1,400 pages each. High-yield colour toners TN-245C, TN-245M and TN-245Y yield up to approximately 2,200 pages each. DR-241CL drum with an approximate life of up to 15,000 pages, BU-220CL belt and WT-220CL waste toner box with a capacity of up to approximately 50,000 pages.
