The Brother HL-L6450DW is a professional A4 monochrome laser printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, warehouses, reception areas, administrative departments and workgroups that need fast, reliable, wireless black-and-white printing only.
It is primarily suited to printing documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotations, delivery notes, administrative documents, forms, office paperwork, reports, labels and large quantities of A4 documents. It is not designed for colour graphics, photos, copying or scanning, as it is a monochrome print-only printer.
Print speed: up to 50 pages per minute in A4 black and white.
Functions: print only. It does not have copying, scanning or fax capabilities.
Duplex: built-in automatic duplex printing, useful for saving paper and handling professional documents, contracts, files and administrative paperwork.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Quality suitable for sharp text, professional documents, tables, barcodes, simple charts and business forms.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, Letter, Legal, Executive, Folio, envelopes and custom sizes via the bypass tray. It does not support A3.
Supported paper weights: 60 to 120 g/m² from the main tray and optional trays; 60 to 200 g/m² from the multipurpose bypass tray. For duplex printing, it supports paper approximately 60 to 105 g/m².
Paper capacity: 570 sheets standard, comprising a 520-sheet main tray and a 50-sheet multipurpose bypass tray. Expandable with optional trays to increase paper autonomy in offices with higher print volumes.
ADF: not included, as this model does not have copying or scanning functions.
Connectivity: USB, Gigabit Ethernet, built-in Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct and NFC. It also supports mobile printing through compatible services such as AirPrint, Mopria and Brother apps.
Control panel: 1.8-inch colour LCD touchscreen, convenient for settings, network and Wi-Fi management, secure printing and the machine's main functions.
Work volumes: suitable for medium to high-medium volumes. A robust printer for environments where many A4 black-and-white documents are printed every day.
Main consumables: Brother TN-3430, TN-3480 and TN-3512 black toner cartridges, depending on yield. The ultra-high-yield TN-3520 toner is also available, with an approximate yield of up to 20,000 pages. Brother DR-3400 drum unit, with an approximate life of up to 50,000 pages.
