The model at a glance
The Lexmark MS810dn is a professional A4 monochrome laser printer, recommended for businesses, offices, professional practices, schools, public institutions, warehouses, administrative departments and workgroups that need only fast, high-volume black-and-white printing.
It is primarily suited to printing documents, text, invoices, contracts, quotes, delivery notes, administrative documents, forms, files, reports, manuals, labels, office paperwork and large quantities of A4 documents. It is not designed for color graphics, photographs, copying or scanning, as it is a monochrome print-only printer.
Print speed: up to 52 pages per minute in A4 black and white. The first page can be printed in approximately 4.8 seconds, useful for offices with frequent, high-volume printing.
Functions: print only. It does not have copying, scanning or fax functions.
Duplex: integrated automatic two-sided printing, useful for saving paper and handling professional documents, contracts, files and administrative paperwork.
Print resolution: up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, with 2,400 Image Quality, 1,200 Image Quality and 600 x 600 dpi modes. Quality suited to crisp text, professional documents, tables, barcodes, simple charts and business forms.
Supported formats: A4, A5, A6, Letter, Legal, Oficio, Folio, Executive, envelopes and custom sizes. A3 is not supported.
Supported paper weights: 60 to 176 g/m² from the standard tray. It also supports plain paper, compatible cardstock, labels, envelopes, transparencies and special media according to Lexmark specifications.
Paper capacity: 650 sheets standard, comprising a 550-sheet main tray and a 100-sheet multipurpose feeder. Expandable to approximately 4,400 sheets with optional trays.
ADF: not present, as the model has no copying or scanning functions.
Connectivity: Gigabit Ethernet, USB, front USB port and an internal slot for an optional card. Wi-Fi is not standard; it is available only with an optional module or specific configuration.
Control panel: 2.4" color LCD with physical buttons and numeric keypad, convenient for settings, network management, secure printing, PIN codes and the machine’s main functions.
Memory and performance: 512 MB standard memory, expandable to approximately 2.5 GB, with an 800 MHz dual-core processor. Suitable for handling print queues and frequent document jobs.
Work volumes: suited to medium-high and high volumes. Recommended monthly volume of approximately 3,000 to 50,000 pages, with a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to approximately 250,000 pages.
Main consumables: Lexmark black toner cartridges available in various yields, approximately 6,000 to 25,000 pages. Separate imaging unit with an estimated life of up to approximately 100,000 pages.
